mcostanza / Roasted Balsamic Green Beans + Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, cleaned and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Chop mushrooms.
  3. Mix green beans and mushrooms together in a bowl.
  4. Mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a bowl.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together.
  6. Bake in a single layer on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes.
